The Farmhouse
How to Get Started:
→ The Kitchen includes vaulted ceilings, granite counters, built in microwave and second oven, new flat top stove and fridge, a dishwasher. Enjoy dinner at the custom made dining table then play a game of billiards or play a tune from the Baby Grand piano.
→ Bedrooms: Lewis and Clark-Queen bed, large window, TV, private bathroom w/shower, and personal heating/air unit.
→ Native American Room-King bed, large window, big screen TV, large bathroom w/shower, and personal heating/air unit.
→ Upstairs there are two rooms. You step into a cozy, open loft with a dining table and leather sofa that pulls out into a bed, and newly renovated bathroom. The bedroom is the Hunt Club bedroom with King bed, TV, desk, and HVAC unit.
What's Included:
The farmhouse
→ Farmhouse suite (also known as the bridal suite): LARGE 2 room suite. The first room is a walk through room with large windows and a sitting area. Double doors open up to the master room that has a king, large TV, semi-open bathroom with large jacuzzi tub, double showers, double doors and walkout deck. This is part of the house, not separate from the house.
→ Laundry room is available for guests staying 3+ nights
→ The saltwater pool is very large, 40ft x30ft. POOL OPENS MID MAY THROUGH SEPTEMBER. POOL IS NOT HEATED
→ 7 Person Hot tub *Pool and Hot tub are for your private use (not shared) when you rent the entire house* Grill Bar Fire pit , firewood, and roasting sticks supplied, Cornhole and Jenga games
→ River and pier access. We do have pool floats and rafts and provide 12 beach towels. There is outdoor seating for 12.

"It ended up raining on my wedding day, making my outdoor wedding not possible. The inside of the barn was still spacious and perfect for us to move inside! Amy was very helpful and responsive for booking and leading up to our big day and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The guest house with a HUGE bridal suite, rooms for family to stay, a kitchen, pool table, hot tub, and outdoor pool made it 10x better. I was able to stay in the bridal suite the night before with friends, eat pizza, drink wine, and chill in the hot tub before my big day! If you are looking for a venue, pick Red Gate "
